Online Purchases
- Unworn items with tags may be returned for exchange or store credit only, within 30 days.
Non-returnable items include:

- Items 30 days past the delivery date
- Gift cards
- Items sold “As Is” or in “Open Box” condition
- Items that have been worn, washed, assembled, or otherwise fully unpackaged
- Items that do not include their attached original tag
- Items with damaged packaging (excludes damages from shipping) or items missing original packaging
- Personalized, monogrammed or customized items
- Swimwear that has been used or worn or is missing the sanitary liner and/or tags
- Please request an exchange or return item for store credit in your account at Bellevuekids.net The login is located at the top right-hand corner of the website.
Proceed with the following steps to complete a exchange or get store credit (gift card voucher)
1. Click My Orders
2. Click View
3. Under order information click Return item(s)
4. Specify the number of items being return into the drop-down menu
5. Click on the reason for return in the drop-down menu
6. Click the return action you'd prefer:
Options are:
Exchange: The customer will ship the item(s) back to 206 Bellevue Ave Newport, RI 02840 and we will ship the correct size or product back to the address that was initially given at the time of the order.
Gift Card Voucher: The customer will ship the item(s) back to 206 Bellevue Ave Newport, RI 02840 and we will email you a Gift Card Voucher that was given at the time of making your Bellevue Kids account online.
*** If using the Gift Card Voucher in-store please print or screenshot the emailed voucher with the gift card voucher number visible.***

- Depending on the exchange size shipping costs will be applied to the exchange.

- Items purchased in-store have different return options than purchases made online. Our intent is to provide personal attention and helpful assistance while shopping in our store where you have the opportunity to see the merchandise 'in person' before buying. We will be happy to help you find the perfect item to exchange for, or issue a credit that can be used on your next visit!
